Single Family home sales continue to be strong into March – the number of sales for the greater Parksville – Qualicum Beach region was up 72% for the month of March (74 versus 43 in 2013). 

Year to date sales volume is up 57%.  Inventory continues to be lower, at the end of March the number of active listings was down 12%.

The activity varies in the various sub-areas as do the average sale prices.
