Hey Rudi,

This place is awesome and the neighbors are great. The dogs are well and we seem to fit right in. There is a lot of work to do and work is busy too. Got to love it . Appliances are coming in tomorrow. Putting the propane in on tues. got all the lines dug in. You should stop by for a beer sometime.

Thanks for your newsletter. In a few days we will be celebrating our 8th year here.  We often think of the wonderful assistance that you and Trish gave us when we bought this house.  How we only saw it once for 20 minutes then a month later - wham - our townhouse had 3 buyers!  We called you and asked "is the Roberton house still for sale?" and we were off to Calgary on a commitment to look after our two grandsons.  So all the negotiating and paperwork was done electronically.  We came home after 2 weeks and returned to the island to see what we had bought.  You and Trish critiqued the house and helped us negotiate with Rob McGorman as to the flaws.  We have never forgotten those crazy circumstances of purchase and thank you again for your guidance.

You are the best.

You are a wonder! We just spent our first week in that lovely house that you found for us; we can't believe how lucky we are....

Remember...... We blew into town, decided we loved it here and then called your office. You called right back and we saw property the next day - your incredible "Cook's Tour." You were full of all the right information that was essential to our making a good decision.
You were honest and outspoken. We felt comfortable because of your expertise that we had a good understanding of the market, the area, and the various individual properties that we saw. You met with us every day for a week to educate us and to show us the inventory.
We scoured the listings in your MLS book and found that you had showed us everything that remotely met our criteria. Just when we were thinking that we would have to wait to find just the right house, you found two properties with your connections that weren't on the market yet.
Then you learned of a property that was under contract but that might become available and showed us that, just in case it became available.
When we fell in love with it, you helped us secure it. The rest is history. As you know, in California, we were both real estate agents for many years. We feel that we can recognize "the cream of the crop" better than anyone. And you are it. We feel so lucky to have hooked up with you.
